Refunds
- Refund requests are acceptable upon verifying the received information (photo/video) of the damaged item.
- An opening video of the received product is required in such cases.
- We will carry out all necessary cross-checks and initiate a full refund once verified.
- You will receive the amount in your account within 7–10 business working days.
Exchanges
- For any exchange of products, write to us at info@lilwoods.in within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- For urgent queries, DM us or call +91 82968 84505.
Gifts
- You can gift your favourite kids their favourite toy from the Lil Woods exclusive toy collections.
- A gift wrap option is available for products you wish to send as a gift.
- We use plastic-free, eco-friendly, sustainable paper wrap for all packaging.
- Upon requesting at checkout, we will gift-wrap your order and include a customised note on your behalf.
- You can also send an e-gift to your loved ones — because we vouch for “Sharing is Caring”.
Shipping
- All our products are eligible for free shipping except for a few items.
- A standard shipping charge of ₹50 will apply for orders with a total value below ₹500.
