Browse categories (Infants, Toddlers, Kids) or use the Shop icon to filter by category, popularity, price, or ratings. Add your choice to the cart and proceed to checkout. Provide your address and contact number, choose a payment method, and place the order. Once dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details — you can also check order status in your account under Order History.

To cancel, please send an email to info@lilwoods.in within 12 hours of placing the order. Upon receiving your request, we will cancel the order and initiate a full refund.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days for domestic orders. We have partnered with Delhivery and Shiprocket to ensure safe and speedy delivery.

Yes, we do ship internationally and delivery times vary by country. We have partnered with Delhivery and Shiprocket to handle international orders.

All our products are eligible for free shipping except for a few items. A standard shipping charge of ₹50 applies for orders with a total value below ₹500.

We pack every product with utmost care. Returns are accepted only for products damaged in transit. In such cases, email us with the order invoice and an unboxing/opening video attached.

Upon verifying the photo or video of the damaged item you received, we will initiate a full refund. The amount will be reflected in your account within 7–10 working days.

Yes. Our wooden toys are completely safe to use and play with. We use non-toxic, child-safe paints and water-based polish on all our products.

Our products are made from A-grade imported plywood including Birch wood, Beech wood, and Neem wood.

Yes, we support Vocal for Local. All our products are manufactured by Indian artisans, except for a few designs such as car, duck, and acrobat toys which are machine-made.

Yes. We customise each product based on your choice and your child's interests. One popular option is to engrave your child's name on the product.

Yes. We provide a warranty of up to 1 year on selected product ranges.

Yes, you can. We accept old Lil Woods products that your child has outgrown or no longer uses.

We accept all major payment methods except Cash on Delivery (COD). We use Razorpay for secure transactions, which supports Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, and UPI.

Yes. We use plastic-free, eco-friendly, sustainable paper wrap for all packaging. Upon requesting at checkout, we will gift-wrap your order and include a customised note on your behalf. You can also send an e-gift to your loved ones.
